Job Duties & Responsibilities:

- Develop policy and procedure and coordinate human resource activities i.e. recruitment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee service.
- Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, salary slip and other payroll related matter.
- Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance.
- Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc) of each employee.
- Develop employee handbook in respects of company policies and procedures regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation and employee benefits
- Ensure that policy comply with federal and state law
- Develop and maintains a human resource reporting system that meets top management information needs
- Recruits, interviews, tests and selects “The Right Employee for The Right Position” to fill vacant positions
- Plans and conducts new employee induction/orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals
- Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relation issues
- Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs
- Administers performance review program and also salary administration to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity program within the organization.
- Panel member of Safety Committee.
- Conduct wage surveys within local labor market to determine the competitive wage rate
- Represent organization at personnel-related hearing and investigation in the case of Section 20 of IR Act.
- To identify and plan training needs for the development of employees
- Draws the training plan in accordance with the training needs.
- Maintains contact with training institutions to arrange for courses and co-ordinates workshops and seminars
- Panel member of ISO committee.
- Prepare and conducting exit interviews and grievance counselling.
- Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
- Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
- Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives and systems
- Creating and revising Job Descriptions
- Overseeing Employee Welfare programs
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Handling all employee personal claim.
- Perform other assignments and tasks as and when requested by a superior.
- Oversee Administrative functions
