**Job Description**:
The Operations Program Manager is a **senior leadership role**, responsible for **leading a group of project managers to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units, and across multiple markets/ locations.**
- Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business / markets
- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
- Provide leadership for project team (on-shore and off-shore) by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
- Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
- Participate in establishing Project Management and LEAN practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
- Direct reports will consist of project managers and senior project managers - responsible for managing their performance and growth
- Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues
- Set and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, Head of Nielsen Operations Center and other key stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant education background
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in technical commercial role / consulting firm / data research / CI / BPO market / hub environment are highly welcome
- Excellent experience in various Methodologies (Agile, SCRUM)
- Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations
- Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives. Ensure quality delivery wellness
- ** Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills**:

- Tools: Google Suite of tools
- Entitle /Certificate - Professional certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2 etc.)
- LEAN certification would be an added advantage
