- Pengalaman dalam bidang HR diutamakan.
- Bertanggungjawab atas semua aspek dalam HR & Admin.
- Membentuk dan menyelenggara rekod pekerja.
- Mengemaskini pangkalan data dalaman, seperti cuti sakit dan cuti bersalin.
- Menyediakan dan mengubahsuai dokumen HR mengikut keperluan, termasuk kontrak pekerjaan dan panduan perekrutan.
- Meneliti dan mengemas kini dasar syarikat dan pematuhan undang-undang.
- Mempunyai pengetahuan mengenai Akta Kerja 1955.
- Berhubung dengan pihak luar dalam urusan komunikasi.
- Menyediakan laporan berkala mengenai metrik HR, seperti prestasi syarikat.
- Menjadi kontak pertama untuk pertanyaan pekerja berkaitan HR.
- Berhubung dengan badan-badan berkanun yang berkaitan seperti JTK, KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRD Corp dalam perkara-perkara HR.
- Membantu dalam pemprosesan pembayaran gaji dengan memberikan maklumat yang berkaitan dengan pekerja kepada jabatan yang berkenaan, seperti cuti dan hari sakit yang diambil.
- Membantu dalam pengaturan dalaman yang pelbagai
- Membantu dalam menyelaraskan mesyuarat, acara, dan pengaturan perjalanan.
- Melaksanakan tugas-tugas ad hoc yang diberikan oleh penyelia dari semasa ke semasa.
