**Requirement**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Ads,
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and web analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with consumer behaviour is preferred.

**Develop and Execute digital Marketing Campaigns**:

- Create and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with our brand objectives, target audience and product offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, behaviors, and preferences in the relevant industry.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies, and ensure return on investment (ROI).
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing for the relevant sector.

**Social Media and Content Management**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
- Manage social media accounts, monitor conversations, respond to customer inquiries, and manage online reputation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across digital platforms.

**Website Management and Optimization**:

- Oversee the company's website and ensure it provides an optimal user experience and drives conversion.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to improve website performance, navigation, and functionality.
- Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive online visibility.
- Analyze website data using tools like Google Analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.

**Digital Advertising and Campaign Management**:

- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including display advertising, PPC campaigns, and remarketing campaigns.
- Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and partners for sponsored content and co-marketing opportunities.
- Stay informed about the latest advertising trends and platforms in the FMCG industry.

**Analytics and reporting**:

- Utilize web analytics tools and other relevant software to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness.
- Generate regular reports with actionable insights to improve digital marketing strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities, benchmark performance, and stay ahead of industry trends.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
