Customer Service

Reports directly to the Customer Service Manager and/or designated immediate superior.
- Attend to customer complaints and provide effective solutions to resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure all daily transportation and shipments are scheduled in accordance with customer requirements.
- Coordinate with all relevant parties, including customers, to ensure shipments are accurate and timely.
- Ensure proper opening and closing of jobs in compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Manage and control petty cash for upfront payments and ensure these are invoiced to customers.
- Oversee the management of levy and toll expenses for subcontractors’ trucks.
- Assist in the arrangement of daily truck schedules to meet customer needs.
- Ensure all necessary documents are prepared for truck clearance at customs checkpoints.
- Monitor and verify that all permits and required forms are prepared correctly and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of documents to meet import/export regulations and minimize truck waiting time.
- Foster a positive and cooperative working environment among team members.
- Work independently while maintaining strong collaboration as a team player.
- Take on additional responsibilities as required, including tasks related to ISO standards, safety regulations, and other relevant areas.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the superior, which may be revised from time to time.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
