Business analytics (BA) is a function in Lazada Customer Care that develops, maintains and refines operations-related automated reports, analyses customer data and communicate complex analysis and findings in a simple and concise manner that results in a great Customer Experience.

Reporting to the Manager of BA, your responsibilities would include:

- Maintain & refine existing day to day operations-related automated reports
- Provide visibility in daily operations and critical support during campaigns
- Develop clear, timely and accurate periodic reports that drive continuous improvement in process and productivity using automation / self-serve dashboards where applicable
- Aggregating data from various sources and draw out insightful data for the next course of action
- Work with the internal team to address the pain point faced by buyers and sellers
- Analyse BAU business/operations issues and share the findings with stakeholders

**Job Requirements**

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

- Minimum 2-4 years of working experience in data analysis and visualisation in a service-related industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, good analytical diagnostic, troubleshooting and data visualization skills
- Quick and adaptive to change and flexible in an evolving, fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem will be an added advantage
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
