Junior HR Admin Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in monthly payroll processing using **HR2000 system**, including calculation of salary, overtime (OT), allowances, incentives, and deductions.
- Monitor and verify employee attendance and thumbprint records.
- Update and maintain employee annual leave and attendance records in the HR system.
- Handle statutory contributions and submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Prepare incentive reports and ensure accuracy in payroll documentation.
- Assist in preparation of HR-related letters, documents, and reports.
- Provide daily administrative support including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
- Support Superior in HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties when required.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with **HR2000 payroll system** will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and Malaysian labour law is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
Fixed working hours**:Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm**
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
