Customer Service Coordinator Seafreight/ Airfreight

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipments, orders, and delivery status.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve any delays or issues.
- Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and warehouses to coordinate logistics operations.
- Process customer orders, update shipment information, and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Handle customer complaints, investigate issues, and provide timely solutions.
- Assist with documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.
- Work closely with the logistics and operations team to optimize shipping efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide proactive updates and reports to customers on shipment status and potential disruptions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
**Requirements & Qualifications**:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred).
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of transportation and shipping processes (domestic and international).
- Proficiency in logistics software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and freight forwarding is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
