The **Assistant Manager, Business Development** will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth by identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships and managing key accounts within the B2B sector.

**You will play an important role to**:
- Identify, research, and target potential B2B clients and new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, or acquisition targets that align with company objectives
- Track, analyze, and report on partner revenue, and other KPIs, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key B2B accounts, building strong, long-term relationships at various levels.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to gain a deep understanding of clients' strategic goals, business challenges, and technology landscapes.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches that highlight the value and ROI of company’s solutions.
- Lead negotiations, including commercial terms and contractual agreements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscapes within the targeted B2B industry in Malaysia.
**To be successful in this role you will need to have**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in B2B business development, partner engagement, key account management, with a strong focus on selling to Banks, and Financial Institutions is highly advantageous
- Good command of English, proficiency in Mandarin, both written and spoken is a key advantage
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales cycles, enterprise solutions, or partnership models in the Malaysian financial ecosystem.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
