Customer Relation Officer

Customer Relation Officer (CRE) assist customer providing details about the services, helping in resolving issues and help to build long-lasting relationships to ensure the customer have a positive experience and listen to any feedback to improve overall experience and can provide better service.
**Responsibilities**:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information or assistance as needed
- Handle customer complaints and work towards resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and suggest improvements to processes
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on company policies & service
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- Have experience in handling Customer Service. However, fresh graduate & no experience are welcoming to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills especially in English, Bahasa. Good in Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customer complaints
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
