**Responsibilities**:
**Assistant Manager**
- Supervise daily operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Support the General Manager in setting and achieving service goals, labor sales targets, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Assist with scheduling service appointments and managing workflow to maximize technician productivity.
- Conduct service write-ups, explain recommended repairs to customers, and secure necessary approvals.
- Monitor repair progress and ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers.
- Ensure high-quality service work through regular inspections and coordination with technicians.
- Assist in managing technician workloads, dispatching jobs according to skill levels and availability.
- Handle warranty and recall processing, ensuring all manufacturer guidelines are followed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of services performed, costs, and parts used.
- Train and guide service advisors and technicians on company procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
- Monitor and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with parts department to ensure timely availability of necessary components.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards are met in service bays and customer areas.
- Monitor service-related KPIs (e.g., hours per RO, effective labor rate, CSI scores) and report on performance.
- Implement upselling techniques for recommended maintenance and services to increase revenue.
- Stay current on industry trends, vehicle technologies, and dealership offerings to support team training.

**Requirements**:

- Must be organized and punctual
- Well-presented and professional
- A diploma qualification or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
