HR Assistant

4. Assist in monthly payroll. Uploading TMS to payroll, checking and ensuring the accuracy of the TMS records. Ensure all supporting documents for payroll are filed. Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves. Checking the monthly overtime.
6. To assist with the HR projects and perform other duties as and when assigned by the superior from time to time.
**Requirements**:
1. Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business, Laws, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Meticulous and attention to detail.
