**Requirement**:

- Proven work experience working in HR, a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar field.
- Understanding of labour legislation will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication abilities and leadership skills.
- Ability to foster healthy employee relations.
- Require patience, sharpness and analytical mind. Friendly disposition but firm.
- Fair and just in decision making. Ability to have a sound proposal when required. Good listening skills.
- Good in counselling and negotiation.
- Ability to converse/write well in English Language. Computer literate
- Full spectrum of the HR function. Ability to conduct interview processes.
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management will be an added value.

**Responsibilities**:

- Familiar with all HR administration and processes i.e. Onboarding and offboarding, Orientation/Induction.
- Implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
- Develop compensation and benefits plans when required.
- Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers.
- Organize improvement and development plans whenever required.
- Ensure HR addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner.
- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labour and Industrial relations regulations.
- Assist to monitor all department employee's performance.
- Assist Finance and ensure payroll or any monetary matter is accurately calculated.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
