**Technical Skill**:
1. Microsoft 365, Windows OS, Cisco IP phones

2. Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools

3. TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, network troubleshooting

4. Necessary technical skills in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting to support PCs, notebooks, mobile devices (phones and tablets), Cisco IP phones, printers, Windows Operating Systems, Anti-Virus, MS Office 365 Suite, Desktop Management Tools such as Intune - Mobile Device & Application Management and ManageEngine.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Provide technical support for standard operating environments, including desktops, laptops, printers, software, file servers, and network connectivity.

4. Utilize ManageEngine Endpoint Central for asset tracking, access control, vulnerability scanning, patch management, and reporting.

Ensure all incidents and service requests are handled in accordance with client GICT SLA standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,999.00 per month
