**Responsibilities**
- Overall responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of the project. Work closely with client’s representatives, consultants and other stakeholders to deliver all key project targets to highest standard with the project team.
- Review and scrutinize the project start-up and execution plan with the site management team, as well as to define key project targets in terms of time, cost, quality, resources, EHS and contractual.
- Prepare and manage budgetary plans, achieving required, or beyond target profit margin.
- Identify risks and provide appropriate mitigating strategies to ensure that the project is not derailed at any point.
- Review with site management team on a regular basis to see if cost and value engineering initiatives can improve the delivery of project.
- Regularly assess the performance of the project team and leverage on the strength of individual members to contribute throughout duration of project.
- Identify and drive the implementation of innovative construction methodologies and practices on site to improve productivity and achieve lean outcome.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Preferably 5 years or more in managing ACMV / HVAC or controls projects for commercial and industrial facilities. Data Centre Project experience will be a plus.
- Knowledge and experience in BMS/EMS or HVAC
- Understanding of energy efficiency design and methodology
- Good communication skills
- A team leader with a positive attitude and drive
- Able to travel frequently for project around Malaysia

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
