### What It Takes
- A strong entrepreneurial track record and ability to build a business from the ground up.
- Experience within executive search, talent assessments and commercial roles will be a major advantage.
- Strong leadership and sales strategy experience, with exceptional network and access across ASEAN within Technology, Digital & Product.
- In depth knowledge of winning enterprise clients and successfully delivering on mandates as a unit, the ability to work cohesively and work with and through individuals is paramount.
