**i. Local Delivery Operations** - Send confirmation to order requestor and advise status of delivery order. - Send "Certificate of Analysis", proof of delivery to customer and/or shipping documents where applicable to customer in the event of non-receipt of the delivery documents. - Handle customers’ enquiries such as delivery discrepancy, wrong product & quantity, etc. - Communicate proactively on changes and delays that will prevent orders from delivering on time. - Create and transmit 3rd party vendor purchase order. Liaison with Logistics and Material planner team on urgent orders execution. - Seek alternative resources (E.g. : product, package code, shipping point) to assist the on-time delivery SLA. - Provide a status update on any late orders to the Sales Engineer as well as Customers and follow-up thoroughly. **ii. Billing Management** - Involved in billing arrangement set-up, amendment and completion process. Process e-invoice, reports generation, create debit/credit memo or manual invoices. - Manage invoice sorting, checking, distributing and provide dispute resolution on any adjustment, cancellation, rebill and virtual returns cases. - Handle return order processing which includes of Portafeed and Chemical transfer shipment. **iii. Export Management** - Handle the Order Support Functions, Export Documentation and any other job duties that being assigned by supervisor as and when needed. **iv. Customer Relationship Management** - Provide a trend analysis report on customer buying behavior. - Understand customers' needs, promote buying and build strong relationships. - Render full support to Sales team from time to time.
