**Responsibilities**:
Job Purpose:

- Assist and manage Director’s schedule and provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.

Job Content:

- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Responsible in managing the Director’s day-to-day administrative and operational matters
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Assist director for daily office activities or operation
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointment.
- Making appointments, travel arrangement/VISA, coordinating business schedules, itinerary, minutes of meeting, itinerary and general correspondence
- Assist in organizing of in-house and external events/roadshows/activities/training etc.
- Handling of personal and private/confidential matters for the Director as instructed

Requirements and skills:

- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English and Chinese proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
