Line Producer

**Job Description**:
A line producer works closely with the team leads and manages all operations and logistics for a project, from the pre-production phase to post-production. It is important in ensuring the production team meets the scheduled timeline while maintaining the quality of work. Other duties will include liaising and coordinating with various parties and attending shoots. General administrative and research tasks that may be requested by team members are also part of the duties.

**Responsibilities**
Plan, schedule and execute production activities within an allocated budget
- Manage the production team's timeline and plan for the shooting schedule
- Sourcing for in-house talents, locations, props, wardrobes
- Ensure quality assurance throughout the production process
- Perform research tasks where required
- Suggest improvements where necessary
- Maintain current knowledge of the market and industry trends
- Develop cost-effective measurements to achieve exceptional business practices
- Archive and sync datasets/project files for optimal performance
- Carry out necessary administrative duties as required
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/industry contacts

**Qualifications**
- 2-4 years of prior experience working in the industry is preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa. Proficiency in any 3rd language is an added advantage
- Certifications may act in place of a bachelor's degree or diploma where applicable
- Able to work in fast-paced environment and is able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Self-driven and motivated and is able to work efficiently with mínimal supervision
- Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills
- High regard for quality assurance
