***Department Overview**: Payroll
** In this role, you will be expected to be competent in the following areas:

- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed in timely.
- Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports, ensure the accuracy of the data.
- Understand proper taxation of employer-paid benefits. Great exposure to different country's personal income tax legislation
- Process accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary
- Have the chance to deal with the different group of people, such as management team, HR, external Government Officer, internal & external auditor, different level employee.
- Respond to employee, statutory body, management query in a very timely manner.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects.
- Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Minimimun Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of accounting experience
- Fresh graduates wiht high attention to numbers and details are encouraged to apply.
- Working in a payroll environment will be an added advantage.
- Some knowledge of Oracle will be preferable.
