**Key Responsibilities**:
**Order & Shipment Coordination**
- Process and manage daily e-commerce orders via warehouse systems(Lazada, Shopee, TikTok).
- Coordinate daily outbound shipments, including KOL packages, Shopee return lists, and parcels for live hosts.
- Schedule and arrange pickups with logistics providers(e.g., GDEX, SF Express, Lalamove).
- Create and maintain SKU records, including New SKUs and Bundle SKUs, inthe warehouse system.
- Perform stock-in activities and ensure inventory accuracy within the system.
- Investigate system updates and identify improvements orissuesfor resolution.

**Communication and Troubleshooting**
- Liaise with internal teams(e.g., Indonesia and China teams) and warehouse staff toresolve order or stock discrepancies.
- Handle system-related inquiriesfrom brand leaders and teammatesregarding stocklevels, order tracking, and product data.

**Administrative Support**
- Maintain updated KOL payment and refund listsin collaboration with the MVR andinternal finance teams.
- Coordinate replenishment ofsample products and new SKUsfrom the warehouse tothe office.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in e-commerce operations or warehouse system management ispreferred.
- Proficient in warehouse management and familiar with e-commerce platforms.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
