The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- As an intern, you will have the opportunity to actively participate in the entire process of campaign planning and execution. This includes collaborating and coordinating with various internal stakeholders to ensure the success of our campaigns.
- You will work closely with teams such as Campaign Ops, Business Development, and other relevant departments to contribute to the development of marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- During your internship, you will analyze past campaigns, review social media trends, and monitor sentiments on social media platforms. Your valuable insights will be communicated to the cross-functional team with the aim of improving our overall marketing strategy.
- Another important aspect of your role will involve analyzing and optimizing in-app and creative assets to maximize their potential reach. You will collaborate with our Graphic Designer to conceptualize and provide creative and design assets for daily marketing efforts, including social media posts and in-app assets like microsites.
- Your attention to detail and ability to ensure smooth execution will be crucial, especially during daily and peak campaigns.
- We believe this internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in campaign planning, execution, and analysis, and will offer you the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams in a dynamic environment.

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical skills and a natural inclination towards working with numbers. Previous experience in data analytics is highly desirable.
- Project management experience would be a valuable asset for this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
- We are looking for an intern who is curious, creative and possesses a strong work ethic. You should be independent and capable of working with mínimal supervision.
