Monthly update staff status include prepare letter of confirmation, extension of contract, expiry of contract, conversion of employment status, transfer & redesignation, promotion
- Monthly checking on accuracy of staff overtime claims
- Prepare monthly report, such as Staff Headcount Report
- Keep records of personnel transactions such as hires, confirm, promotion, redesignation, transfer, disciplinary and contract status
- Process and maintain Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) for new and existing Doctors, Pharmacist, Staff Nurses, Medical Assistants and Assistant Nurses on monthly basis and process the yearly renewal.
- Renewal of Medical Indemnity Insurance policy for Resident Medical Officers
- Assist to ensure staff performance appraisals are carried out timely and objectively
- Update organizational chart (Hospital & Departmental)
- Other instruction from management
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM4,192.21 per month
