**Job Description**:

- Daily monitoring of drivers attendance, absenteeism and Work Rest Hours and ensuring all drivers records are kept up to date, including Licence expiry/renewal requirements. Conduct compulsory daily Driver de-brief and submit report
- Monitoring of Touch & Go and Fuel usage in insuring compliance, reporting any non-compliance to CM immediately for follow-up
- Updating drivers wages activity
- Petty Cash balance for sign off and approval by Contract Manager

**Qualifications**:
Minimum SPM or certificate in business study or equivalent qualification.

Must know how to use MS Office Program especially Microsoft Excel.

Preferably with 3 years’ experience in logistics industry.

Experience in managing drivers will be an added advantage.
