**工作時間:輪班制-9小時(包括1小時休息時間、一星期工作5天/6天)**

**額外津貼　:RM300 + RM 300 ( 依工作時間分配)**

**KPI incentives : 高達RM400**

**Location: Work From Home (6 months) 居家工作6個月**

**Job Description**:

- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and provide useful and accurate information to customers
- Keeping records of customer interactions, comments and complaints.

Requirement:

- At least SPM Qualification (with certificate) or any equivalent or highest qualification.
- CDD must arrange a date to go back office to take pc & have strong Wi-Fi
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, no experience needed, Full training provided.
- Willing to work on rotational shift & weekend & Public Holiday
- Excellent Traditional Mandarin & English communication skills.

*Must know how to type & read Traditional Mandarin
