Join Startek Malaysia as a Customer Support Representative We welcome fresh graduates with SPM or UEC qualifications. Only basic English is required, and Cantonese speaking ability is considered a valuable skill. This is a contract-based position in a friendly, fast-paced team environment.

Your Responsibilities | 你的职责:

  • Provide customer service via phone, email, and chat 通过电话、电邮和聊天平台提供客户服务
  • Handle and resolve customer issues efficiently 有效处理并解决客户问题
  • Collaborate with team members 与团队成员协作配合
  • Continuously learn and improve service skills 持续学习、提升服务技巧

What We Look For | 我们希望你具备:

  • Basic English communication skills 基本英文沟通能力
  • Ability to read Traditional Chinese 能阅读繁体中文
  • Can type using pinyin and basic computer tools 会使用拼音及基本电脑输入
  • Mandarin fluency (spoken and written) 中文流利(听说读写)
  • Ability to speak Cantonese is considered a valuable skill 如会说粤语,将被视为一项有价值的语言技能
  • SPM or UEC academic qualification 拥有 SPM 或 UEC 学历
  • Friendly personality and eagerness to learn 个性友善、乐于学习、态度积极
  • 能轮班,并在周末或假期工作 Willingness to work shifts and on weekends/public holidays
