我们正在寻找一名积极进取、才华横溢的助理主管加入我们不断壮大的团队。助理主管将有机会参与各种营销活动和计划，并在营销领域获得宝贵的实践经验。这是个线上的工作岗位。

**工作职责**
- 制定有效、创新的品牌计划和营销战略，打造强大的品牌影响力
- 协助开发营销材料，包括演示文稿、宣传册和网站内容
- 协助管理小红书和微信账号
- 与运营和课程等跨职能团队合作
- 制定、实施和审查运营程序。其中包括学生注册、课表、工资和簿记职责
- 准备发票、收款并跟进客户支持管理事宜（重新安排课程、补课、持续支持）
- 项目管理： 确保大学申请项目的客户满足所有规定的工作流程时限。负责定期会议、导师联络，并确保交付成果达到客户期望

- 熟练掌握中文，因为您需要与中国客户打交道，他们可能只会说或读中文。

**Operations Executive (Chinese)**

**About Us**

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented marketing executive to join our growing team. The executive will have the opportunity to work on various marketing campaigns and initiatives and gain valuable hands-on experience in the marketing field.

**Job Duties**
- Develop an effective and innovative brand plan and marketing strategy to make a strong brand presence
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and website content
- Assist in managing Xiaohongshu and Wechat account

**Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and curriculum**
- Develop, implement, and review operational procedures. These include student enrolment, classroom schedule, payroll, and bookkeeping duties
- Prepare invoices, collect payments, and follow up with customers on customer support administrative matters (rescheduling classes, extra classes, ongoing support)

**Job Requirements**

**Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese**

**Chinese language proficiency as you will need to deal with Chinese clients who may only speak or read in Chinese**

**Good communication and interpersonal skills**

**Strong research and analytical skills**

**Good attitude to learn and improve**

**Strong time management and organization skills**

**Ability to work independently and as a team**

**Strong sense of responsibility in fulfilling tasks well and following deadlines**

**What You’ll Learn**

**Implementation of marketing campaigns (above-the-line, below-the-line promotions)**
- How to develop an effective and innovative brand plan and marketing strategy to make a strong brand presence
- How to manage a customer relationship management system
- How to operate automated financial systems

**Additional Details**

Working Hours: 10am-7pm, Monday to Friday

**Salary**: $800-$1000 SGD
