- 确保员工熟练掌握操作流程和服务标准
- 确保店铺的卫生和食品安全符合公司要求
- 处理客户投诉，并提供解决方案以确保客户满意度
- 负责库存管理和订单处理，确保库存充足并及时更新订单
**任职要求**:

- 具备相关行业的工作经验，有餐饮行业管理经验者优先考虑
- 具备良好的领导才能和团队合作精神，能够有效指导和激励团队成员
- 具备卓越的沟通和人际交往能力，能够与员工和顾客建立良好的关系
- 具备出色的问题解决能力和决策能力，能够应对紧急情况和挑战
- 具备卫生和食品安全知识
- 熟悉POS系统的使用
- 具备灵活的工作时间安排，包括周末和假日的工作
- 具备流利的中文口语和书写能力，基本英文

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
