**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated **Account Executive / Accountant** to join our team. This position will play a vital role in managing and analyzing our financial records, ensuring accuracy, and providing insights that drive our business forward.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR, general ledger, and payroll processing
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasting to provide financial insights for business planning
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Assist with audits, tax filing, and liaising with relevant authorities
- Collaborate closely with the finance team to optimize financial processes

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- **Experience**: At least 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce setting. Fresh Grads encourage to apply.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- **Industry Knowledge**: Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial analysis, particularly in the training and learning industry
- **Soft Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, meticulous, organized, and able to prioritize work effectively
- **Working Style**: Comfortable working with tight deadlines, able to work independently, and adaptable to a fragmented work environment
- **Communication**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
