**Job Scope**:

- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Retain existing customers by deep selling in the account and substantially grow customer base to create new names in the portfolio
- Being customers’ liaison for all official business interactions, including client concerns, issues, and needs toward resolution by facilitating efficient communication and aiding the resolution process
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment
- Manage relationship building with principals for deals collaboration and rapport building

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, or relevant fields) with a minimum 5 years of experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Demonstrate excellence & expertise in local market & has strong existing business relations
- Excellent command of English, communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Deep analytical skills and understanding of operational processes
- Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
