Your new responsibilities
- BADGING OFFICE - Lead the badging office by ensuring &employees, contractors,and contingent worker with attaining proper access badges where all processes and guidelines are followed by the security standard &and policies for creating and distributing &badges.&
- Manage Inventories & Identify issues with badging processes and equipment, and bring to attention of Security System Administrator.Ensuring data accuracy of the Badging System at all time and Utilizes multiple software and hardware programs to produce the appropriate badge profile. Reconsilation and review of access level privilage for all critical access area.
- Asset Management &
- Monitor office stocks, equipment & assets according to policy and work with Finance Function to code and conduct inventory count &as required.
- Semi Annually reconciliation of all assets register with accounting ledger and submit to Security Manager signed off.
- Conduct monthly spot check on stock - stationary, monthly office supplies and sign off.&
- Work with HR for staff recruitment and other related HR and Admin work in the organization. Participate in Team meetings and assist on Department work planning. Proactively assist Security Manager and &all his direct reports (annual, midyear review and regular1:1 meetings) creating an environment where feedback is valued, acted upon and monitored that may need development of improvement. Assist and supporting security management activities and operation. ie ePRP,Seal Management, Visitor Management System & etc

What we look for
- Diploma / Degree in any field, preferable in Management or Business Administration
- 2 to 5 years working experience in MNC organization badging operation and experienced in related to Security administration will be strongly recommended. Development of continoues improvement on active Security support.2 to 5 years working experience leading or co leading in MNC organization badging operation. Strong knowledge in Security office administration.
- Dealing and working with multinational employees with different regions and countries. Reporting Skills. Knowledgeable on Microsoft Office XP (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Microsoft Outlook.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English Languages (Spoken & Written)
