Relationship Manager

**Responsibility**:
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, and deliver presentations demonstrating Cartrack’s products and solutions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on generating new business and developing existing customers through innovative and industry focused conceptualized solutions
- Conduct thorough needs analysis on client requirements with tailor-made pricing structure/deals
- Actively seeking out for new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking, using various Social Media platforms and using own methodology
- Create awareness of the Cartrack Brand, products and services
- Maintain entire sales value chain figures w.r.t pending, de/re's, unscheduled and fitments
- Monthly sales forecast preparation and submission
- Use CRM to full potential to report, measure and control sales inputs and outcomes
**Requirements**:
- Target driven personality and eager to explore new business opportunity
- Good listening skills to understand a customer’s needs and tailor a relevant pitch
- Possess good communication skills and are not afraid to go an extra mile to close the deal
- Excellent in presentation, negotiation and listening skills
- Self-reliant, aggressive in meeting deadlines and able to work under pressure
- Being able to converse in Mandarin / Cantonese is a plus point
- At least two (2) years’ experience as **Key Account Manager / Sales Executive / Business Development Executive.**
**Salary**: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
