Restaurant Manager

Responsible for overall store performance, including sales, operations, team leadership, and compliance with company standards. The role requires strategic planning, team management, and ensuring excellent customer experience while driving profitability.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring strong leadership at all levels.
- Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for staff.
- Foster a positive work culture and maintain high employee engagement.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through promotions, upselling, and excellent service.
- Analyse sales reports, customer traffic, and market trends to drive revenue.
- Implement local store marketing (LSM) initiatives to attract more customers.
- Ensure store readiness for daily operations, including proper staffing and equipment functionality.
- Enforce compliance with company SOPs, safety, hygiene, and food handling standards.
- Monitor product quality and ensure consistent execution of menu items.
- Drive excellent service standards, including speed of service and customer engagement.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Implement brand standards**,**ensuring visual merchandising and cleanliness.
- Maintain high standards in quality, food safety, and audit compliance.
- Ensure the team follows company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular self-audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Oversee daily cash handling, ensuring adherence to company cash control policies.
- Ensure accurate daily cash reconciliation and timely bank deposits.
- Implement security measures to prevent cash handling errors, fraud, or theft.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience in F&B.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Business acumen with a focus on sales, P&L, and cost control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours.
- Hands-on leadership with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
