Processing of payments and financial transactions to suppliers and obtaining goods and services from suppliers promptly
Liaising with finance officers and suppliers concerning financial records and accounts
Verifying and querying invoice items from internal and external business finance officers
Reconcile accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Processing monthly bank reconciliation.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoices.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and records related to accounts payable transactions.
Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations

**Job Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in accounts payable or related accounting roles.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
