We're seeking an experienced and proactive **HR Manager** to take charge of our human resources function and align our people strategies with business goals. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, talent development, compensation & benefits, training, and employee relations
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, systems, and practices in line with labour laws and organizational needs
- Provide expert guidance and support to department heads and employees on all HR-related matters
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management programs
- Ensure full compliance with all labour and statutory regulations
- Manage employee grievances and disciplinary processes professionally and confidentially
- Manage payroll and HR administrative functions in coordination with finance and relevant teams
- Champion organizational culture, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- High standards of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
