**What You Will Do**:

- Identify and analyse the training needs of the organization based on business needs, skill demands, and skill gap, and develop an overall training plan.
- Design and resource the training development solutions which are consistent with the organization’s learning clusters. Liaison with training provider (internal & external), HRM and other Division/Department Heads.
- Administer and coordinate various in-house, internal training programs and external training programs.
- Maintain accurate data including classes, attendance record, training material in LMS (Learning Management System).
- To coordinate & conduct orientation for DL new hire.
- Initiate improvement in training delivery, processes and evaluation techniques.
- Review and enhance the induction program for effective integration of new hires into an organization.
- Manage & coordinate employee educational assistance program (EAP).
- To gauge the training effectiveness thru the Level 1, Level 2 & Level 3 training evaluation.
- Assist superior in handling internal or external audit on L&D processes.
- Participate in and contributes to other HR projects.
