**Contact Centre Advisor (Support to HK)**
**Monday - Friday (If business required, may work on Saturday once a month - pay as OT rate/Transport Claimable)**
**8.30am
- 5.30pm / 10am - 7pm**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handles inbound calls on customer enquiries and complaints regarding all activities in business process such as policy, membership issues/dispute, rewards points and health device issues.
- Reports problems, potential crisis and complaint to different layers of Team for service improvement.
- Provide comprehensive solution to customers/agents and executes empowerment guideline.
- Makes outbound call to customers/agents for follow-up cases.
- Monitor pending cases.
- Manages the long pending cases and report to team manager
**Job Requirements**:
- SPM holders with at least 3 years of working experience in call centres
- Basic insurance knowledge would be definitely an advantage.
- Customer-orientated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong and proven problem solving skills.
- Service-oriented and positive mindset
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
**Remuneration Package**:
- Basic is up to RM4,500 depend on experience and qualification
- RM450 transportation allowance (fixed)
- RM300 Language allowance (fixed)
- Insurance & Medical Coverage including dependent (based on Job Function Level)
- 23 days leave allowance
- 1 day birthday leave
- Floating leave (Depend supporting country)
- Follow HK Public Holiday
- 16% Employer EPF
- OT Claimable / Meal Allowance
- Dental & Optical RM580 per annum
- Performance bonus

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
