**ROLE :TELESALES AGENT**
- **Position**: **Telesales Agent - ( Malay and English )**:

- **Working Location**: Petaling Jaya, 46100 Selangor, Malaysia
- **Working Hours**: Shift A : 9am-6pm Shift B : 11am/ 12pm - 8pm/9pm ( Rotation Shift )
- **Working Days **:5.5 days a week (Monday
- Sunday), Off Day: Based on schedule given
- **Job type **:1 year contract
- **Salary : Basic**: 2700 + Sales KPI bonus
- **Qualification**:

- Min SPM graduated with at least 3 months of Tele-sales experience (making sales via call out)
- **Language Requirement**: Traditional Malay
- **Start Date**: Immediately

**Responsibilities**:
The person in charge of the Telesales agent position will be responsible for calling customers to introduce information about the products that the business is providing.

**What will you do as a telesales agent**
- Call to consult and convince customers to use the right product and close the order according to the data the customer has demanded (available data).
- Manage / store customer information on the company system
- Take care and support close customers, provide preferential programs for customers to increase sales
- Completing the assigned KPIs as prescribed

**Specialized knowledge and skills**:
**Necessary skills**:

- Voice clear, fluent, good communication. And a good telesales person needs to know how to focus on needs and the customer's desire to be able to give accurate advice
- Selling skills, closing sales
- Ability to handle
- The ability to grasp customer psychology
- Ability to work independently and in a team
