Admin/customer Service Officer

Job description
- To perform general admin & accounts duties.
- Welcome patients and their relatives by greeting them in person or on the telephone.
- Handle patient enquiries and provide good Customer Service.
- Prepare monthly invoices and claims for all Panels.
- Manage payments from patients and Panels.
- Any other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
- A pleasant person who enjoys meeting customers/patients.
- A good team player who is honest, careful and reliable.
- Good communication skills (spoken & written) in BM and English.
- Willingness to work on Saturday.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative/customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Expected Start Date: 07/15/2025
