Assist in the preparation of documents for board meetings, general meetings, and other corporate events.
Prepare and maintain statutory records, including filing with regulatory bodies (e.g., Companies Commission of Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia, etc.).
Help in drafting meeting minutes, resolutions, and notices.
Maintain and update corporate registers and ensure records are accurate and up-to-date.
Assist in coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders on secretarial and compliance matters.
Support the team in ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and corporate governance requirements.
Assist with corporate filings, such as annual returns, updates to directors and shareholders, and other relevant documents.
Provide general administrative support including document management, filing, and maintaining electronic records.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Corporate Secretarial Manager.
Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
