Responsibilities:

- **Customer Interaction** : Greet customers, understand their service needs, and provide accurate information about services, costs, and timelines
- **Service Coordination**: Schedule service and maintenance appointments, prepare job cards, and liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- **Billing and Administration** : Prepare estimates, manage invoices, handle payments, and maintain accurate service records
- **Customer Follow-Up** : Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and address any queries or concerns promptly
- **Communication** : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and technicians
- **Organizational Skills** : Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedule appointments, and keep detailed records
- **Technical Knowledge** : Good understanding of vehicle diagnostics and repair procedures
- **Customer Service** : Strong focus on providing a positive customer experience and resolving issues efficiently

**Requirements**:
1. Certificate or Diploma in mechanical engineering or automotive.
2. At least 1-3 years relevant working experience.
3. Able to work under minimum supervision

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,499.00 per month
