**Job Summary**:
As a Chef De Partie, you will oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation. You’ll collaborate with the culinary team, maintain food safety standards, and mentor junior chefs, contributing to the exceptional dining experience we offer our guests.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with restaurant standards.
- Oversee a section of the kitchen, ensuring efficient and timely food production.
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in menu planning, stock control, and cost management.
- Mentor, and guide junior kitchen staff to maintain consistency and skill development.
- Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are consistently met.
- Monitor portion control and minimize food waste while maintaining the highest level of food quality.
- Assist in developing creative and seasonal menu ideas.
**Requirements**:
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role, ideally within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for delivering outstanding culinary experiences.
