**Job Descriptions**
- To provide overall assistant to the Leasing Manager, in the smooth supervision of the department.
- To assist on all leasing & business development to meet the company objective.
- Coordinate tenants fit-out works with internal team.
- To liaise with solicitors with regards to tenancy agreement and documents.
- Attend to the tenancy related matter including negotiation, issuing of letter offer, renewal and approval and handling over of unit.
- Plan and carry out leasing activities and tenancy administration functions for the IGB Group Commercial Buildings.
- To prepare leasing proposal to prospective tenant.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow up and closing of inquiries with proper documentation.
- To conduct lease renewal with tenants.
- To keep tract tenants’ monthly gross sales turnover and submission.
- Manage up to date customers and prospects database.
- To maintain active presence and constantly provide courteous and efficient service when trying to comply with each and every tenant’s request promptly and tactfully.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

**Job Requirements**
- At least 2 - 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Meticulous and possesses strong communications skills.
- Good personality and interpersonal skills.
- Team oriented.
- Ability to adapt to changes and work under minimum supervision.
- Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu, both verbal & written.
