_We are seeking a young, cheerful and energetic Retail Admin / Planner to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Director in his daily schedule and working closely with Store Managers to determine the best way to arrange retail space, display products to optimizing shelf designs and plan a layout for all Segi Fresh stores around Kuala Lumpur and Selangor._

**Responsibilities**:

- To work closely with Director and assist on a day-to-day basis.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, compiling materials.
- Ensure the Director is equipped with all necessary materials for meetings.
- Take minutes and follow up on deliverables to ensure action items are implemented swiftly and professionally.
- Reminding Director of important tasks and deadlines.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Director.
- Work along with Managers to design and maintain strategic space layouts for new stores (Planogram).

**Requirements**:

- **Fresh Graduates are welcome** as long as you are willing and ready to learn
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word.
- Willing to work 6 days a week.
- Willing to work at Kelana Business Centre (3 minutes walking distance from LRT CGC Glenmarie).
- Willing to **travel once in a while**as this position may requires you to go to outlet/stores in KL & Selangor areas.

**Work Location**:
Unit 808, Block A, Kelana Business Centre, 97, Jalan SS 7/2, Kelana Jaya 47301, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
