**1) Sales Admin (K L)**

**JOB SUMMARY**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

2. Coordination with Supplier on order status.

3. Coordination with customers on delivery and general administrative support.

4. Work with cross-functional teams involving Sales, Marketing, Operation, and Finance.

**QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Min Diploma in IT Sales/Admin or Business Administration.
- 1-2 years’ experience in IT Sales/Admin/Support.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, high adaptability and positive attitude are expected.
- A team player with determination to drive to excel.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
- Must be able to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients.

**2) Inside Sales Executive (KL)**

**JOB SUMMARY**

You are responsible for cold-calling, prospecting, identifying and establishing new customers.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Prospect, identify and establish new customers.

2. Execute sales strategies to achieve the sales quota. 3. Maintain high-level engagement with customers.

4. Update Customer Relationship Management databases.

5. Facilitate sales follow-up for direct and indirect sales force.

6. Assist in sales quotations and account management.

7. Other tasks and projects as assigned by Manager or Management.

**QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Min Diploma in IT Sales/Admin or Business Administration.
- Proven sales experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Must be able to speak with Chinese-speaking clients to effectively work with Mandarin-speaking customers/suppliers.

**3) Account Manager (Sales) KL**

**JOB SUMMARY**

We are looking for a high-performing Account Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets

2. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs

3. Prospecting, Cold Calling to build strong pipelines and closures

**4. **Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status 5. Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Diploma IT or Business Administration
- 2-3 years working experience in IT related Sales profession.

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise

**JOB SUMMARY**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.

2. Actively sourcing new sales opportunities.

3. Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.

4. Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.

5. Processing customers' purchase orders and liaising with the logistics department to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products.

6. Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.

7. Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process.

9. Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Outside Sales Representatives.
