We are seeking for passionate and results-driven leaderwith a proven track record in sales management to drive revenue growth on a national scale.

**As the National Sales Manager, you will accountable to**:

- Achieve the nationwide sales target.
- Leading the nation sales team (Central, Northern, Southern, East Malaysia, East Coast)
- Developing and coordinating the strategic plan based on market conditions, customer demands, as well as business focuses for achieving the sales target.
- Allocating sales targets accordingly to different products and regional market segments.
- Monitor and keep the whole team updated on the market intelligence.
- Analyse the movement trend of the sales and endorse to maximize the opportunity in potential markets.
- Coaching and provide guidance to Sales Driver of whole nation to meet the job responsibilities (supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance and productivity etc.)
- Contribute ideas and solve any issue regarding sales and team management, such as product availability, pricing, customer service issues, or conflict between the teams.
- Work /maintain relationship with other department to secure and achieve business objectives.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Well established years of experience in sales within Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Industry**:

- Sales Experience as Pharmacist/Pharmaceutical background can be considered.
- Have experience in coaching a team - driven with ambition
- Strong value in leadership role with desire to win and open-mindedness.
- Lead by example of our company 5 core values.
- Have strong Individual core values such as Confident, Aggressiveness, Discipline, Gratitude and Respectful.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
