Internship - Human Resources

Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of HR documents, records, and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Update and maintain employee information in HR databases.
- Help with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling as needed.
- Assist in the coordination of new hire orientations (onboarding) and exit procedures (offboarding).
- Help organize employee engagement activities, meetings, and team events.
- Assist with employee benefits administration.
**Job Requirements**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Google Workplace (Google Docs, Drive, Sheet).
- Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Language Proficiency
- English, Chinese & Bahasa Melayu.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM700.00 per month
