Omni Channel Executive

Drive measures & implement steps towards achieving sales efficiency & Omni Channel targets at country level
- Develop and implement team selling & channel collaboration towards Omni Channel target picture
- Support sales teams on Customer Portfolio Management, Customer Planning, Customer Data Management with customer & sales channel guidance according to SOM (Sales Operation Model)
- Act as key user for sales tools, tool enhancement requirement and work with HQ for implementation and derive actions accordingly
- Collaborate with other function to develop online sales channel towards the target Omni Channel
- Act as the bridge between HQ & cluster countries for implementation of tools & processes (E.g., Mosaic, SOM, etc) and support activities from other function to increase their usage.
- Constantly review the progress and advice the sales leaders for course correction
- Develop concepts and processes to manage channel conflicts to achieve Omni Channel target picture

JOB REQUIREMENT
- Degree in any field, preferably business & marketing background
- 3- 4 years relevant sales experience is necessary
- Knowledge of business in Industry Automation
- Strong English language skills required
- Basic in Microsoft Office Application in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Business Intelligence Tools (E.g., SAP BI, Micro Strategy, Spotfire, Analysis for Excel)
- Collaboration & ability to derive action plans from given KPIs
- Development of dashboards, conducting review meetings with sales & cross functions
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kota Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
