**Responsibility and Duties**
- To train, guide, motivate and provide business direction for BDEs in line with company mission and objectives
- To assist and advice BDEs in sales quote to maximize return
- To assist BDEs on prospecting, negotiating and closing fee and service base sales
- To achieve and exceed enviro sales and GP for the assigned region
- To improve region’s collection / receivable and exceed / meet company collection target
- To maintain good rapport and working relationship with all customer especially the major account
- To monitor competitor’s movement and activities and report to Head of BD on regular basis
- To prepare monthly sales report

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:

- Business Development: 3 years (preferred)
- People Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales and Marketing: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- English (preferred)
Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
