**Job Overview**:
The Personal Assistant will play a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness of the management team, with responsibilities spanning group project management, providing managerial assistance, and coordinating essential meetings.

**Responsibilities**:
**Monitoring Group Project Progress**:
1. Efficiently manage progress reports for various business and assist in monitoring group project progress.

2. Facilitating seamless communication between departments and key stakeholders within the group.

3. Collaborate in acquiring research data and contribute to the drafting of project briefs.

**Managerial Assistance**:
1. Provide direct support to director in various tasks.

2. Monitor and follow up on action items from management meetings.

**Meeting Coordination**:
1. Prepare, distribute, and archive meeting agendas and minutes.

2. Take responsibility for capturing and transcribing critical minutes during meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions, decisions, and action items.

3. Efficiently coordinate scheduling and logistics for both internal and external meetings, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in venue selection and management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in providing executive or management support.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
